His journey began with HDFC Bank,HDFC Insurance and ICICI Bank,where he demonstrated a remarkable ability to shape the future of banking & Insurance. In these role, he led product creation, engaged with top-level executives, fostered crucial business alliances, meticulously analyzed business segments and needs, and pioneered the architecture and automation of digital branches, starting from scratch.
As Regional Head and Head of Operations at ICICI Bank, Sandeep was entrusted with the critical responsibility of ensuring flawless service delivery and operational excellence across extensive branch networks and electronic channels. His innovative approach, underpinned by lean management and six sigma principles, not only elevated service quality but also drove customer satisfaction and repeat sales to new heights.

Additionally, he collaborated with Abhinav Mahajan on various projects and created the BeerBiceps website.At ADesignGuy.co, he has successfully partnered with high-profile clients such as Vivo and Swiggy, delivering exceptional design and consulting services. Sridhar Srinivasan
Sridhar is a financial services expert with nearly 30 years of experience at Citigroup across Asia, Africa and Europe. During this period he built, grew and transformed businesses, holding key country and regional executive positions including CEO for three countries, Corporate Bank Head for India, Transaction Services Head for Africa and Bank Services Group Head for Central, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. After his time with Citi, Sridhar joined Oliver Wyman as Partner and India Head, and is currently a senior advisor at the leading global management consulting firm. With strong personal integrity, passion, and relationship skills, he has built several winning teams comprising people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
He is now Chairman of the board of Indian Overseas Bank & Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd and non-executive board director/advisor with companies ranging from startups to the largest corporations in India. His deep experience and track record helps him to work with CEOs and boards in areas such as management strategy, business transformation, governance, shareholder interests, risk, and regulatory compliance. He is also an active angel investor and mentor for early stage startups.

In his previous role, he has mentored startups/developers, speaker at conferences/meetups for DigitalOcean as Senior Developer Advocate, Co-Founder / Chief-Architect of NoodleNext Technology. He was also heading DevOps at BlackBuck and was a solution architect at HCL (Australia) in client engagement. Vivek started his career with IBM Rational (India Software Labs) as a Software Developer.
